Councilmember McAdams has focused her career as a public servant and Director of Operations on improving communication and achieving strategic goals. Her leadership roles have deepened her commitment to community engagement, and Jenny deeply values the strong, collaborative relationships built throughout her journey.

Beyond her professional life, Jenny is a proud mom and dedicated community volunteer who enjoys exploring our coastal biking trails, planning travel adventures, and cheering on Monterey Bay F.C. (we are Union!).  With extensive experience and a deep care for our community,  Jenny is committed to raising her family in Marina. She actively participates on local boards and works tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for all Marina residents.
